Our Story
True North started with vacation rentals — the belief that a well-run home makes the whole trip better.
Lindsay moved to Montana in 1998 and graduated from Flathead High School. She started in property management in Portland in 2005 and spent two decades learning the business before bringing it home to the valley. Today she and her husband Nix run True North together, raising their family a few minutes from most of the homes we manage.
That matters more than it sounds. When you book with us, your host isn't an investor in another state. Nix is a licensed contractor and runs our in-house maintenance team, so when something needs attention during your stay, a real person answers and someone local shows up. Our team knows which trail is still snowed in, which restaurant is worth the drive, and where to launch a boat on a Saturday in July.
We were named an honorable mention for Best Property Management Company in the 2025 Best of the Flathead, Won 2nd place for the Best of the Flathead in 2026 for Best Vacation Rental Management. But mostly we're just glad you're coming to visit.

Sandy Cothran - Cleaning Operations Manager
Sandy keeps every home guest-ready, with a detail-focused approach to presentation and care. Years of hands-on work as part owner of a cleaning company mean she knows what a great turnover takes.
Lindsay Archuleta - Owner
Lindsay leads management, marketing, and local partnerships. She helps owners showcase their homes to travelers from around the world, and helps residents find quality long-term housing in Northwest Montana.
Passionate about community and collaboration, Lindsay values building strong partnerships with local vendors and small businesses - helping elevate the Flathead Valley as both a premier vacation destination and a place where investors feel confident putting down long-term roots. Her vision for True North continues to evolve as the company expands its portfolio to include multifamily assets, investment properties, and full-service residential management.

Simone Hall - Event Manager
Simone runs Ashley Lake Estates, our wedding venue, and helps with leasing. As a licensed Realtor in the Flathead Valley, she brings sharp attention to detail to every renter and guest.
Khrysta Turk - Short-Term Rental Manager
Khrysta moved to the Flathead from Chicago in 2009 and brings big-city service standards to every stay. She's a licensed Montana real estate broker, which keeps her current on the local market and on what owners and guests need.
Nix Archuleta - Maintenance Supervisor
Nix keeps our homes running behind the scenes. A licensed contractor and owner of NixFix LLC, he leads maintenance and large projects across the Flathead Valley.
Stacey Zych - Accounting EDGE
Stacey helps businesses streamline operations with smart systems, automation, and organization. Outside of work, she’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves travel and gardening.
Kassidy - Leasing Agent
Kassidy is our new Leasing Agent at True North Management starting in 2027. A 2024 Glacier High School graduate, she’s also a team member at Lauries Deli in Columbia Falls. She loves the outdoors, travel, and serving on mission trips, and she’s newly engaged and ready to take on the world.
