Upstairs

The main level is where everyone lands first. A big sectional in the living room with a TV, the kind of couch that fills up fast on a lazy morning. The kitchen has room to actually cook, and the dining table seats six for card games and second helpings. Two bedrooms up here: one with a queen, one with a queen bunk that kids will fight over. A full bathroom keeps the morning routine moving.

Downstairs

Head down and the whole vibe shifts. Two more queen bedrooms, plus an enormous sectional that was built for movie night. There is a popcorn machine down here too, so you might as well make a whole thing of it. The bathroom has a walk in shower, and just past it, a sauna waiting to melt the day off you.

Backyard

Gas BBQ for burgers, and a firepit for everything after. Late talks, marshmallows, the sky doing its thing overhead.

Room for eight, plenty of space to spread out, and every reason to stay in.
